The objective of the outside air pretreatment system (AUT) is to provide variable quantities of air to the internal areas of the ship with insufficient natural ventilation, so as to guarantee (working in synergy with the extraction system) that the air is completely renewed the number of times per hour stipulated according to the technical specification.
