12. Right of Withdrawal

13. Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.
Returned items must be in their original condition.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

All products include a detailed description of their characteristics. If an item arrives defective or incorrect, MD Island Supply will replace it at no additional cost to the customer.
